Upwork Job Posting: Part-Time Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Hybrid – West Palm Beach, FL) Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator – Video Editing + Podcast Production (Part-Time, Hybrid) Description: We are a hybrid book publishing company headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team part-time. This role requires someone who can develop and execute engaging social media strategies, film and edit content, and produce a podcast. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently while also coming into our office/studio at least once a week for content creation and team collaboration. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. - Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media. - Develop and schedule engaging posts that align with our brand. - Produce and edit podcast episodes, including audio mixing and video content. - Stay on top of social media trends to create viral, shareable content. - Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance. Requirements: - Experience managing social media for brands or businesses. - Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar). - Podcast recording, editing, and production experience. - Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. - Ability to work both remotely and in-office (West Palm Beach) at least once a week. Preferred: - Background in publishing, media, or content creation is a plus. - Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is beneficial.
