Job Description: We are a premium silk sleepwear brand, looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help us set up and manage an Affiliate Marketing Program. We want to leverage major affiliate platforms and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and sales. This role involves selecting the right affiliate platforms, setting up the program, recruiting affiliates, and optimizing performance. Ideally, we are looking for someone with Shopify expertise who can configure affiliate plugins within our Shopify store. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Platform Setup: Help us choose and onboard the most suitable affiliate platform (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Refersion). Program Strategy & Commission Structure: Develop an effective commission-based strategy (10%-20%) to attract high-performing affiliates. Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard relevant partners, including bloggers, review websites, and influencers to promote our brand. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI. Shopify Integration: Configure and optimize affiliate tracking within Shopify, ensuring seamless reporting and commission payments. Requirements: ✅ Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing and working with platforms like ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, or Refersion. ✅ Strong understanding of Shopify and experience integrating affiliate plugins. ✅ Experience in influencer & content marketing—bonus if you have experience recruiting fashion/lifestyle influencers. ✅ Ability to track and optimize affiliate performance through data-driven strategies. ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Project Scope & Deliverables: Recommend and implement the best affiliate marketing platform for our brand. Set up the program and configure tracking on Shopify. Recruit affiliates & influencers to promote our brand. Provide ongoing performance analysis and suggest improvements.
