Director of Marketing

Mission of the Role Drive the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to increase awareness, revenue growth, enrollment, and subscriptions for the Strategic Thinking Institute’s offerings, which include workshops, an online business education platform, online courses, microlearning series, books, and assessments. Role Outcomes 1. Brand Management Determine and set up the optimal marketing channels for products and oversee their messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales. 2. Marketing Structure Build consistent and repeatable processes and systems to structure STI’s marketing efforts. 3. Sales Facilitation Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics that facilitate the generation of new clients and repeat business from long-term relationships. 4. Guide the Customer Journey Design and communicate the customer journey for synchronous (live workshops) and asynchronous (developmental platform, online courses, etc.) offerings. 5. Increase Revenue Growth Achieve or exceed revenue, enrollment, and subscription targets for offerings. Key Competencies Marketing: Identify the appropriate target audiences and marketing channels and clearly position offerings to achieve sales and revenue targets. Analytics: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Active Campaign, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
