Hello, We are seeking an experienced Google and Instagram Ads Manager for our small photography business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with small businesses, and actively managing ad campaigns—not just setting them up and leaving them unattended. Preferably, you’ll have experience working with photographers and an understanding of how to optimize campaigns for the photography industry. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google and Instagram ad campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads. • Performance Analysis: Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment. • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand our brand and target audience, ensuring all campaigns align with our business goals. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • Proven experience managing ad campaigns for small businesses. • Hands-on approach with active campaign management and optimization. • Experience in the photography industry, or familiarity with marketing for creative services, is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
