Dig into client needs—turn their goals into traffic-spiking reality. Chat with clients—jump on calls as needed, keeping them stoked and informed. What You Bring: Proven SEO chops—you’ve got the wins to back it up (think: “I boosted X by Y%”). Leadership cred—project management or supervisory experience is a must. Good vibes—personable, presentable, and ready to connect. Management mojo—you can juggle projects and people like a champ.
