What You’ll Do: Run your own client roster—drive their SEO game and keep them winning. Lead the crew—oversee up to 5 SEOs, making sure they’re on fire. Mastermind strategies—review and build SEO plans that dominate rankings. Own the process—keep our SEO engine tight, from start to finish. Dig into client needs—turn their goals into traffic-spiking reality. Chat with clients—jump on calls as needed, keeping them stoked and informed. What You Bring: Proven SEO chops—you’ve got the wins to back it up (think: “I boosted X by Y%”). Leadership cred—project management or supervisory experience is a must. Good vibes—personable, presentable, and ready to connect. Management mojo—you can juggle projects and people like a champ. Local SEO skills—bonus points if you’ve crushed it for service biz (med spas, docs, etc.). WordPress/Divi & GBP?—you’re our dream hire. East Coast hours—MUST be available during business hours (no West Coast vampires!).
