We are a structural steel company in Nevada seeking an experienced SEO + PPC specialist (or small team) to support a more strategic buildout of our digital marketing — specifically focused on pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB). Our current website is very basic and was meant as a temporary solution. We’re now ready to invest in content, structure, and digital advertising to drive local leads through both organic and paid channels. We have a defined marketing strategy and audience insights you’ll review to help determine the best opportunities and structure for growth. Project Scope: • Review our PEMB marketing strategy, research, and audience insights • Conduct an SEO audit and competitive analysis (understanding the opportunity in Southern Nevada) • Develop keyword strategy and recommend content architecture (especially for PEMB services) • Advise on navigation, service page copy, and lead form optimization during website updates • Guide or manage PPC strategy focused on local lead generation (Google Ads and/or Meta) • Set up analytics, conversion tracking, and lead attribution (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) Please scope the SEO and PPC components separately.
