Learn more about Syngroup at www.syn-group.com. ________________________________________ The Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to lead the development and execution of digital initiatives for our European clients entering the U.S. market. You will be responsible for turning strategy into action—managing e-commerce operations, running digital campaigns, creating content, and ensuring successful outcomes for both B2C and B2B businesses. This is a hybrid role, requiring regular in-office collaboration at our Denver Tech Center location approximately 3 days per week, based on project needs. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Digital Marketing Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives and target audiences in the U.S. market. • Digital Campaign Management: Launch and manage paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and SEO campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. • E-Commerce Set-Up & Management: Lead the set-up, ongoing management, and optimization of e-commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.), focusing on product listings, customer journeys, and performance improvement. • Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop and adapt compelling website content for U.S. audiences, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions. Leverage multimedia such as product videos and graphics to support conversion goals. • Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify and engage relevant influencers and affiliates to amplify brand presence and support campaign initiatives. • Website Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for UX, SEO, and conversions, applying best practices for speed, navigation, and customer experience. • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and store performance. Provide insights and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs. • Collaboration: Work directly with the Syngroup consulting team and client leadership to align digital execution with broader sales and marketing strategies. ________________________________________ Requirements • Proven track record in digital marketing implementation and e-commerce management, with hands-on experience setting up and optimizing online stores. • Deep understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and organic strategies (SEO, content marketing). • Strong storytelling abilities to help brands translate their value proposition for U.S. audiences. • Experience with website optimization, including UX, CRO, and SEO best practices. • Proficiency in creating and managing multimedia content, such as product videos and graphics. • Skilled in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) and generating actionable reports. • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus. • Based in the Denver metro area, with flexibility to work hybrid at the Denver Tech Center depending on client needs. • Freelance/contractor status preferred, with the ability to scale hours based on project needs. ________________________________________ What We Offer • Hybrid work setup with an international team and workspace at Denver Tech Center. • Opportunity to be a key player in European brands' U.S. market entry and expansion. • Direct collaboration with senior consultants and client leadership teams. • Competitive freelance/contractor compensation with flexible hours.
