We are seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support our team in managing leads and sales communication. You will not need be doing sales presentations, but just keeping track of leads, pre-qualifying, and organizing the data. Prefer someone experienced in the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) industry so they understand the basics and terminology. Bonus points if you have experience in sales. responsibilities include: - bidding on Upwork jobs - handling 3rd party leads and referrals - attending and summarizing sales meetings - drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) - following up with leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and follow up skills and a solid understanding of SEO principles. Prefer candidates that are not camera shy and able to record videos. Strong internet connection required. Able to work through slack under our company assigned email. Position only available to individual candidates as an hourly position.
