Help finding new system for live remote video for studio production

We need to replace Microsoft's recently-retired legacy app for remote video, which we use to access live remote video feeds during studio program production. We need something that meets or exceeds the quality of we were getting from that solution, but have had no luck with Teams or Zoom. We suspect a hardware-based solution is needed, but have been unable to identify one. We need someone to point us in the right direction.
