Graphic + Social Media Content Manager (Freelance, Part-Time) Overview Pauseture™ is on a mission to make daily mindful movement simple and accessible. We offer Feldenkrais Method®-based audio lessons that help people feel better in their bodies—anywhere, anytime. We’re looking for a freelance Graphic + Social Media Content Manager to help us create and post clean, brand-aligned content that tells our story, drives engagement, and supports our growing user base. About the Role You’ll design and post content that reflects both the feeling and the function of Pauseture™—calm, science-informed visuals with thoughtful captions. You’ll collaborate with the founder to create posts grounded in anatomy, neuroplasticity, and movement education, while remaining accessible and emotionally engaging. No hype. Just clarity, curiosity, and care. Responsibilities - Design 4–6 social media posts per week (still images and short UGC-style videos) - Write clear, concise captions in brand voice - Schedule and post across platforms (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) - Repurpose existing content (quotes, clips, reviews, etc.) - Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, Descript) to brainstorm ideas, streamline creation, and iterate efficiently - Monitor engagement and report what’s resonating - Maintain a content calendar and keep visual assets organized You Are - Curious - Organized - A visual thinker with a clean, minimal design aesthetic - Familiar with wellness, mental health, or tech brands - Experienced in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools - Comfortable using Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools - Familiar with AI tools for content creation and productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, Descript) - Able to write short, thoughtful copy with minimal fluff - Skilled at editing short-form video (for Reels, Shorts, or YouTube) - Proactive, reliable, and collaborative - Flexible and open to helping build our start-up with other responsibilities (email design/management). Bonus if You - Have experience with mindfulness, movement, or somatic practices — extra bonus if you’re familiar with the Feldenkrais Method® - Understand A/B testing or content iteration Estimated Time 10 hours per week to start, with flexibility to grow.
