Birthday shoot/Surprise Proposal

Hello, there will be a group of 15 coming to New Orleans to celebrate my girlfriend's 30th birthday and I also want to surprise her and the group by proposing to her and I want to try and catch it on video or photo. It would have to be on April18th at 6PM for about an hour duration, in the vicinity of Cafe Sbisa. Please let me know if you are able to do this for us, thanks in advance!
