Videographer Needed for 5/10/2025 Event in Annapolis

We are seeking a talented videographer to capture the special moments of our “welding” event on May 10, 2025, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Annapolis from 4 PM to 9:30 PM. In addition to raw footage, the deliverable shall include a 3 minute and a 15-30 minute highlight videos. The ideal candidate should have a portfolio showcasing previous wedding/event work, and be skilled in both cinematic storytelling and technical videography. You will be responsible for filming the first look, ceremony, reception - capturing key moments throughout the evening. A separate photographer and DJ has been hired. This is your opportunity to network with wedding/event professionals for future referrals. It is also an opportunity to be added to the DoubleTree’s list of preferred vendors. They have multiple ballrooms and do many events per month. Please provide samples of your work and any additional services you offer, such as editing or highlights reels. Also describe the equipment you plan to use (camera, light(s), sound).
