Help with Travel Series Video Planning

My family took two extensive trips to National Parks. Each trip was 4-5 weeks in length. Combined, we traveled over 14k miles and went to 16 National Parks. A significant amount of video was taken. We had a DJI Action 3 camera. All footage was shot in 4k/60fps. In addition to this, we took A LOT of photos. I had a DSLR camera, but my wife and I both had phones where photos were taken as well. There's a lot of content! I work with websites, marketing, and have a workable knowledge/experience with Premiere Pro, but I am NOT a creative thinker. At least not in the way that is required for what I need. Initially, I broke the trip up based on the locations we went to. I took all of the video content from each leg of the trips and as long as it wasn't repetitive, totally boring, or poor quality I added the clips one after another. Each leg of the trip ended up with .5 - 1.5 hr videos of just continuous, start to finish - unedited footage. The point was just to see what I had. None of the videos have ever been public. Initially, my plan was purely for personal purposes. I wanted to have a really cool way to document my family's trips. I work from home and am able to take long trips like this and I wanted something for my kids to be able to watch and remember things that was unique. After taking the second 5 week long trip... And after going through all the photos and video... I realized I have a bunch of content and need to do something with it. There's no shortage of travel channels on YouTube. Not trying to be a "big thing" but trying to do the content justice and put it out there. Doesn't hurt anything and will be fun for friends and family. What I need is help thinking of a good way to package this content up. I need a creative person to hear more about this and help me come up with a creative way to present all this content. A lot of the video is just that... Video. We didn't do a lot of in the moment explaining or YouTube like introduction of what we were doing. So, I assume a lot of voice over, interviews done now, and other means will be necessary to put this all together in a way that would be enjoyable to watch. That's all the creativity I had to add to this... Need help. ha My plan is to implement the plan. Technically, I can handle implementation. However, beyond planning - I am interested in whatever supporting work that might be necessary that I cannot or don't want to do. I assume there will be assets or supporting elements/things/stuff that will be necessary to properly implement the plan. Creative planning is the main focus of my request though as I just plain don't have it in me. ha. I realize I have to put money out to get what I want. I use Upwork all the time for work. Very familiar with project management and how this all works. Not controlling though - I love getting the right people involved in something and letting them do what they do best.
