Photography/Videography for Autonomous Vehicle Showcase Event

I am looking for a photographer on April 30th from 10 am - 4 pm. The event is a connected and autonomous (CAV) Innovation Day, which will take place outside at the Louisana DOTD Campus in Baton Rouge. Subjects being photographed will be people and vehicles. We'd also like some of the programming to be recorded on video. I will be onsite to help support with photo ideas and directions.
