Looking for someone who's really savvy at taking long raw videos and making clean, well-edited clips. Experience with Descript is ideal. You should know how to format clips for different purposes - we need versions for social media (vertical, square) as well as our website (horizontal). I'll tell you which parts of the transcripts to clip, give you all our brand guidelines, and you make killer short clips with captions and branded elements. We pay hourly, and this is ongoing work. We have TONS of long-form videos (customer testimonials now, podcast clips later) that need to be transformed into short-form content. You need to be fast and good - a true clip machine! Must-haves: Show me clips you've made before (send your best work), be responsive and reliable, handle consistent output without sacrificing quality, and actually know how to make clips look professional. Experience with color correction and adding titles/motion graphics according to brand guidelines is essential too. We're a startup moving at startup speed - I need someone who can turn around clean, branded clips efficiently. Not rushed work, but I can't wait a week for each clip either. If you're self-sufficient, don't need hand-holding on every edit, and can deliver solid work within reasonable timeframes (think 1-2 days per batch of clips, not weeks), we should talk.
