The Job: We’re hiring a nimble, social-savvy videographer for a 2-day shoot to film: Short-form content (20–60 seconds): High-energy B-roll, candid team moments, and trending hooks for Instagram/TikTok. Long-form interviews (10–45 minutes): Conversational podcasts / sit-down interviews with founders and experts. Gear We Love: Cameras: Sony FX3 (or similar mirrorless hybrid cameras) – lightweight and perfect for run-and-gun. Audio: Wireless lavaliers (e.g., DJI Mic 2 or Sony UWP-D series) + backup recorder. Stabilization: Gimbal (e.g., DJI RS 3 Mini) for buttery motion shots. No RED/ARRI needed – we’re social-first, not Hollywood! Responsibilities: Shoot in 4K or 1080p (H.264/H.265/MP4 files preferred – no RAW or niche codecs). Deliver organized, labeled raw footage to our cloud drive within 48 hours.
