We’re looking for an experienced video podcast editor to help us create engaging, professional, and polished episodes for our show. Our podcast features in-depth conversations with industry experts, and we need an editor who can enhance the production quality while keeping the content dynamic and engaging. Responsibilities: Edit long-form and short-form video podcast episodes for YouTube and social media Enhance audio quality (remove background noise, balance levels, add intro/outro music) Add engaging visuals, transitions, captions, and branding elements Cut down full episodes into short, high-impact clips for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn Sync multiple camera angles and adjust framing for a professional look Incorporate graphics, animations, and B-roll where necessary Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining quality Requirements: Proven experience editing video podcasts (please provide portfolio/examples) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement Experience with color correction and audio enhancement Familiarity with YouTube optimization (thumbnails, SEO, timestamps) is a plus Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style What We Offer: Ongoing work with weekly episodes Competitive pay based on experience Creative freedom to enhance our podcast’s visual and audio quality Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding show
