Hi there - we run the country's largest portfolio of high end residential landscaping companies. One of the group programs we offer is an internal podcast called "The Sauce" where our head of HR interviews various leaders across the company. Each interview is typically 30-40 minutes in length and requires minimal editing and audio corrections in Adobe Audition. Edits include removing ums, pauses and points in the interview where the interviewer asks to start a question again. The timestamps (typically 5-6 per edit) will provide direction on key areas where we many need to remove pauses or sections where the interviewer asked to redo a question. There is a music track that we apply over the opening and closing of the podcast as well.
