Job Title: Video Editor  Location: Greater Boston Area - Remote Company: 43ºFilms & Consulting The Role: We’re looking for a talented Video Editor who’s passionate about crafting eye-catching, high-quality content. If you love cutting dynamic sequences, experimenting with transitions, and making visuals pop with killer sound design, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do: ​- Edit engaging video content for commercials, branded content, social media, and more. - Work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life through seamless storytelling. - Add music, sound effects, color correction, and motion graphics to enhance production value. - Stay ahead of trends, experimenting with new styles and editing techniques. - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat. What We’re Looking For: - 7+ years of expert video editing experience (freelance, agency, production house, etc). - Proficiency with professional multimedia editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve). - Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling. - Experience working on creative, commercial, and event projects. - Ability to work with various formats, aspect ratios, and platforms. - An intuitive editor with an understanding of the appropriate amount of design & detail for each project - An intuitive editor with an understanding of the appropriate amount of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) design to enhance a project - Passion for making cool stuff that stands out. Bonus Points If You: - Have experience with animation or motion graphics. - Know how to edit for social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). - Can nerd out about cameras, lenses, or the latest video tech.
