We are seeking a creative and highly organized Content Manager & Editor to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing content production workflows, editing engaging content, and managing social media deliverables to support our brand’s growth and goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling and social trends. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain an organized system for existing video footage in Dropbox. • Collaborate on content strategy, bringing fresh ideas and trending concepts to weekly team meetings. • Develop a weekly content shot list aligned with brand goals. • Receive, review, and organize incoming footage from videographers to ensure easy access for editing and future use. • Edit raw footage into polished clips, reels, and posts optimized for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). • Deliver finalized content assets to team members based on weekly content needs and project timelines. • Coordinate and manage the social media posting schedule to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
