Event Videographer – Capture an Exclusive Entrepreneurial Event in Las Vegas We are looking for an experienced event videographer to film and produce high-quality, dynamic content for our entrepreneurial event in Las Vegas on March 24-25. The ideal candidate has experience capturing engaging event footage rather than traditional documentary-style videos, with a strong ability to tell a story through visuals. Responsibilities: - Capture high-energy, engaging footage that showcases the event atmosphere and key moments. - Film in both horizontal and vertical formats for use across social media and marketing channels. - Conduct and record attendee testimonials (minimum 10) to highlight event experiences, activities, and membership value. - Work discreetly and professionally to capture footage without disrupting the event flow. - Ensure all footage aligns with the event’s branding and visual style. - Edit and deliver key videos within the required timeline. Requirements: - Proven experience in event videography (portfolio required). - Experience filming dynamic, fast-paced content that is engaging and visually compelling. - Strong storytelling ability through video. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Professional-grade equipment. - Availability in Las Vegas on March 24-25 for two full days of filming. Deliverables & Timeline: 1) Event Recaps – Three b-roll style recap videos (60 sec. each) for Day 1, Day 2, and the full event in both horizontal and vertical formats. - One recap video must be delivered by the end of each event day (March 24 & 25). - The final recap video is due within two weeks after the event. 2) Special Activity Highlights – Capture and edit footage of key activities, such as hack contests, coffee chats, and deep dives, showcasing attendee engagement. - Final edited videos to be delivered within two weeks after the event. 3) Video Testimonials – Interviews with 10+ attendees, edited into separate clips to serve as evergreen content for future marketing. - Final edited videos to be delivered within two weeks after the event.
