Looking to create a promotional video for YouTube about our annual conference, Policy Action Institute by APHA (you can google it). We are looking for a high-energy video that includes lot of b-roll and live footage as well as music in the background. We would want this to be less than 1 minute long. We'd also like a shortened version of it made for Instagram and Facebook. We have some recordings from prior events, a lot of photos, as well as some b-roll. We can talk about the target audience some more too.
