This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, fast on their feet, and passionate about social media and real-time customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Interaction & Sentiment Management Drive audience interaction by deploying pre-set and on-the-fly engagement prompts (e.g. cart nudges, flash deals, free shipping alerts) during livestreams Monitor live chat to respond to viewer questions in real time (e.g. sizing, promotions) Flag sensitive keywords, manage negative sentiment, and escalate critical issues to the U.S. operations team Track and report recurring questions and feedback trends Performance Tracking Log essential livestream metrics: peak viewership, top-performing products, and engagement rates Content & Script Support Create and refine high-conversion scripts for common chat prompts (e.g. welcome messages, styling tips, checkout reminders)
