Pay is dependent on experience and potential sales Job Title: Employee Benefits and HR Assistant/Account Manager Company: Wise Dollar Insurance Location: Remote Job Type: Part-Time with an opportunity for fulltime Qualifications: • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in insurance customer service or account management. Experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is required. • Licensing: Life & Health and or Property & Casualty is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, and employee benefits plans. • Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance agency management software. • Experience in sales or cross-selling insurance products. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: o Maintain organized and accurate client records in the company’s database or CRM system. o Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for client and team meetings. o Handle billing and invoicing tasks, including processing payments and resolving billing discrepancies. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies. o Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and reports as required. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with account managers, underwriters, and other team members to deliver exceptional service. o Participate in team training sessions and stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations. Preferred Responsibilities: Client Support: o Assist clients with inquiries related to their insurance policies, coverage, and claims. o Provide timely and accurate responses to client emails, phone calls, and in-person requests. o Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and support. Policy Management: o Assist in the preparation, renewal, and modification of insurance policies. o Ensure all policy documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements. o Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations as requested by clients. Account Management: o Support account managers in managing client portfolios, including tracking policy expirations, renewals, and follow-ups. o Prepare and present insurance proposals, summaries, and reports to clients. o Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients.
