Schedule and confirm annual termite reinspections with existing customers. • Review customer reports in ServSuite to identify follow-up or upsell opportunities. • Manage and update my daily calendar with inspection appointments. • Reach out to leads (email/text/phone) to set appointments or gather interest. • Keep organized notes on outreach, appointments, and customer responses. Experience with CRM or scheduling systems (ServSuite experience is a huge plus but not required). • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). • Comfortable making calls or sending follow-up messages to customers. • Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours (at least partial overlap). • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
