Executive Assistant for Land Flipping Business (Real Estate Support)

Hey there! I’m looking for a Executive Assistant to help with my land flipping business. We buy and sell vacant land across the U.S., and I need someone who’s organized, reliable, and has great communication skills to help manage day-to-day operations and customer support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Answering phone calls, texts, and emails from potential land buyers - Responding to common questions about our available lots (location, pricing, zoning, access, etc.) - Listing properties on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, LandWatch, Land.com, etc. - Creating and updating property listings with details, descriptions, and photos - Scheduling and coordinating property showings or site visits when needed - Following up with leads and sending property info packets - Keeping our property database and CRM updated Ideal candidate: - Experience in real estate, customer service, or as an executive assistant - Fluent English speaker with great grammar and writing skills - Comfortable handling phone calls and answering questions professionally - Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (you’ll be using online tools and marketplaces) - Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision Bonus points if you have: - Experience working in the land flipping or real estate investing space - Familiarity with U.S. land listing platforms - Knowledge of zoning, access, and property research This is a long-term position with room to grow if things go well. Hours are flexible but responsiveness is important. I’ll provide training on our systems and processes, but I’m looking for someone who can eventually take ownership of this part of the business.
