We seek a reliable and friendly individual to call our users and remind them about an exclusive promotion with limited availability. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for engaging customers. Your role will be to inform users about the promotion, encourage them to take action, and answer any questions they may have. If you are enthusiastic and capable of making a positive impression over the phone, we would love to hear from you! Task: You would call users who gave us their mobile phone numbers and remind them about our promotion (and tell them they received either a text message or an email a few days ago and can follow the link there). Additional task: After each call, write a summary, in the document provided, about what the user said (for example: they didn’t receive an email or text message, they forgot about the promotion, it is not a good promotion for them, they don’t trust the link in the text message, etc.). Any feedback they provide is vital to us!
