Starting Salary: 6500 per month (will go up as KPIs are hit) About Us We are a growing business looking for a highly experienced marketing assistant who can take initiative and help us scale our operations. We need someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of tasks, and free up our leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify marketing opportunities and execute on them without constant supervision Manage day-to-day marketing operations using our ClickUp system Assist with AI content creation and optimization Handle executive assistant duties including communication management Take ownership of projects from ideation to completion Identify inefficiencies in our current processes and propose solutions Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience Proven track record of taking initiative and leadership in previous roles Experience with ClickUp project management software Proficiency with AI content creation tools and strategies Strong executive assistant capabilities Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Problem-solving mindset Ideal Candidate You're not just looking for tasks to complete - you're looking to make a real impact.
