Executive Assistant Coach / Systems Consultant (Short-Term Assignment) for Real Estate + Property Mgmt business. This is for the Co-Founder of our PM Company and Founder of our sales + wholesaling business, he is a busy professional seeking a sharp, solutions-oriented coach or consultant to support my long-time Executive Assistant. She’s highly dedicated, eager to grow, and invested in doing better—but needs help bridging the gap between where we are and where we need to be. We’re looking for someone who can offer: Hands-on coaching to help her operate with more confidence, clarity, and independence Guidance on smarter systems and process improvement, including the use of AI or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks Support in developing checks and balances around admin follow-ups, particularly in construction and property management workflows This is a short-term assignment, ideal for someone with experience coaching executive/admin staff, process development, and using modern tools to drive operational efficiency.
