Strategic Access & Culture Research Assistant for Personal Brand

I’m a cultural strategist, writer, and media voice with a background in multicultural marketing and global branding. I’m currently elevating my personal brand presence across key cultural, professional, and lifestyle spaces in NYC, Miami, New Orleans, and DC. I’m seeking a smart, resourceful, and culturally-aware assistant to help research, organize, and secure access to curated social and cultural events aligned with my positioning. You’ll support my calendar, help source high-value events (many not publicly listed), and keep my digital presence elevated and intentional. Responsibilities: • Research invite-only, soft-access, or culturally relevant events across cities (social scenes, creative luxury spaces, multicultural dinners, young professionals, etc.) • Build a weekly calendar view of where to be and when (via Airtable or Notion) • Track tastemakers and event series via IG, TikTok, Twitter, and newsletters • Draft soft DMs or outreach messages to event hosts, brands, and organizers • Flag deadlines for travel, RSVPs, or submissions • Send weekly digest of 3–5 events I should prioritize, with entry instructions Ideal Candidate: • Has experience in PR, culture journalism, event planning, or influencer management • Understands multicultural, and luxury ecosystems • Has great taste and instinct for high-vibe vs low-value spaces • Is discreet, strategic, and proactive • Bonus: Based in NYC, Miami, DC —or familiar with those scenes Tools You’ll Use: • Airtable or Notion • Google Calendar • Instagram, TikTok, Twitter • ChatGPT (optional, for writing support) Time Commitment: 5–10 hours per week
