I'm looking for a part-time personal assistant to help with administrative tasks, scheduling, and general organization. This is a 15–20 hour per week position, starting as a short-term trial with the potential to grow into a long-term role if it’s a good fit. Tasks may include: Managing and organizing my calendar (Google Calendar) Booking personal and business appointments Screening potential clients and business partners Organizing files, folders, and checklists Sending reminders and helping track tasks and deadlines Creating simple documents or presentations in Canva Light email follow-up and communication You’re a good fit if you… Are highly organized and detail-oriented Communicate professionally and respond promptly Take initiative and can find solutions when challenges come up Are proactive, resourceful, and follow through without needing to be micromanaged Have experience managing calendars and assisting remotely Can screen and communicate with prospective clients or partners with professionalism Are comfortable using Canva for light design work Are based in Michigan or at least in the Eastern Time Zone (preferred)
