Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: o Maintain organized and accurate client records in the company’s database or CRM system. o Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for client and team meetings. o Handle billing and invoicing tasks, including processing payments and resolving billing discrepancies. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure all transactions and client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies. o Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and reports as required. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with account managers, underwriters, and other team members to deliver exceptional service. o Participate in team training sessions and stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations.
