Company: Home on the Way is a creative enterprise whose mission is to inspire more mutual engagement and support through community connections as well as conscious reconnection of human life to the planet. We are responsible for ourselves first and foremost and for those we bring into the world. Recognizing it all begins at home, the vision of Home on the Way is to provide coaching and support to homeowners and would-be homeowners, particularly embracing the Cottagecore aesthetic or congruent principles in lifestyle, functional architecture and soulful interior design. We collaborate to provide support to heal the dysregulated nervous systems of modern humankind and re-engage the brain with the body through physical movement. We negotiate with cities for the urban homestead and additional structures on city lots as a step to alleviate housing shortages while laying the foundation for engaged “blue zone” communities. We provide education for families who want to regain health and raise healthy children by bringing nutrient dense foods to the table. We have a division that provides cozy and secure homes for traveler and professionals away from their families on short-term work assignment. Finally, our goal is to educate and encourage AI collaboration toward the vision of a brighter future for everyone. Position Description: An entrepreneur with a vision for growth is seeking a part-time intern for 30 days at $90 per week with the opportunity to continue at the same 20 hours per week as Administrative & Marketing Assistant at $30 an hour. The person most like to successfully complete the internship will be one who loves organization, finds joy in bringing order, and is all about learning and growing in this life. This is a creative support role, meant for someone with initiative to get the job done laid out before them without being told to press start and to recognize tasks that weren’t included in the instructions but are vital—and do them. The first is understanding how to prioritize and performing their work accordingly. The other is being on the lookout for a more efficient way to perform a task, developing their own system for getting more done without impedance — finding their best path to get from point A to point B — and finding the challenge immensely fun and satisfying. This part-time position will become full-time with benefits as business grows.
