Help with regularly sending responses to a client

I need someone that can help me regularly submit responses to a client at specific times each day. Depending on the day this work should only take anywhere from 5-20 minutes twice per day (once in the afternoon and once in the evening) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Then once per day on Thursday and Fridays (in the early evening). This person must be based in the US
