Description: We are looking for a highly organized, communicative, and efficient contractor to help schedule participants for our ongoing research studies. You will be responsible for sending out invites, confirming appointments, sending reminders, and ensuring a smooth, seamless scheduling process for participants and researchers. This is a remote contract position starting immediately, with the potential for ongoing work. Responsibilities include: -- Coordinating schedules between participants and researchers -- Managing calendars using [Google Calendar / Outlook / Calendly] --Sending email confirmations and reminders -- Keeping track of scheduling status in [Google Sheets/CRM] -- Handling last-minute rescheduling and participant issues professionally Requirements: --Prior experience in scheduling, recruiting, project coordination, or customer service -- Strong organizational and time management skills -- Excellent written communication skills (friendly but professional tone) -- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic CRM tools -- Experience working with participant panels (User Interviews, Respondent.io, Fieldwork and other national panels -- Familiarity with scheduling platforms (Calendly, Doodle, Acuity) Please send a short note about your experience with scheduling or coordinating appointments.
