You will be provided with phone access and thorough training on the exact call script and necessary procedures. Project Details: Start Date: Immediate (Today) Duration: 2 days (Monday & Tuesday, ALL-DAY) Responsibilities: Conducting follow-up calls and texts Documenting client responses accurately Managing any required follow-up actions to secure deals Requirements: Excellent communication skills Ability to precisely follow instructions and remain organized Professional and courteous telephone manner Previous experience in customer service, sales, or phone-based roles preferred This is a short-term contract with the possibility for future assignments.
