We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing online store. As a key part of our team, you will assist with various tasks to ensure our business runs smoothly and efficiently. You will help us manage orders, inventory, customer service, product listings, and more. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely dispatch and communication with customers. Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or other online stores. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing excellent service and addressing concerns promptly. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, restock products when necessary, and assist with inventory planning. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential suppliers to help with product selection and pricing strategies. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, and customer interactions, and generate reports as needed. Social Media Support: Assist with scheduling posts and engaging with customers on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role for an ecommerce business. Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and eBay. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana for task management. Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with customer service.
