UX Designer for AI-Powered Healthcare App

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft an intuitive, AI-powered healthcare app that simplifies complex user interactions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile-first UX, data-sensitive workflows, and accessibility best practices. This role involves designing a seamless, trust-driven experience that balances AI-driven decision-making with user-friendly navigation. Key Responsibilities Wireframing & Prototyping: * Design low-fidelity wireframes to visualize core workflows and interactions. * Develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma for mobile-first use (iOS & Android). * Define and structure navigation flows, progressive disclosure strategies, and user interactions. UX Research & Compliance-Driven Design: * Ensure seamless multi-profile management for different user types. * Design trust-building UI elements (HIPAA-compliant privacy messaging, consent flows). * Optimize data-sensitive screens for clarity, usability, and security. Collaboration & Handoff: * Create a consistent UX system (navigation, accessibility, reusable components). * Provide a structured handoff package for UI developers with component specs & guidelines. * Work iteratively based on feedback from stakeholders and test users. Expected Deliverables: * Full UX Flow Documentation (screen interactions, compliance considerations) * Wireframes for all key app screens (low-fidelity and high-fidelity Figma files) * High-Fidelity Interactive Prototypes (showing user paths, AI interactions, and state transitions) * Developer Handoff Package (annotations, component specs, accessibility guidelines) Ideal Candidate Qualifications: * 5+ years in UX Design, specializing in mobile-first applications. * Experience designing healthcare, fintech, or compliance-heavy products. * Strong Figma skills for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. * Familiarity with HIPAA, or similar data-sensitive UX principles. * Experience with progressive disclosure, multi-profile UX, and AI-driven interfaces. * Ability to work collaboratively with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
