Create an iPhone App to track talk time in convos

We want to create an app that uses voice recognition to provide emotional intelligence data points (ie measure the "Talk Time" of multiple people in a conversation, ideally up to 6 people, number of interruptions of one person over other, + a few other small things that will be shared with ideal partner.) The consists of ~6-8 basic screens and we believe the product can be built using potentially off the shelf NLP or ai component, like Azure's or Google's voice analysis tools. The key bit is it must be relatively close to real time (ie within 5-10 seconds.) It cannot be post conversation analysis as the tools intent is to create real time behavior change. Happy to share the full PRD with folks who are interested.
