Menu Visualization - Native Mobile App

Using Tesseract.js as well as OCR functionality (or what is needed), create a mobile application where you can point the camera at a restaurant menu and the menu items become clickable where images then pop up of that food item. All food related. In the future, would add reviews, glossary of recipe ingredients, social, etc. most basic state is pointing phone at a menu, and essentially making that menu interactive on your phone with the image coming up. I have a ton of mock ups I’ve created using Sketch. Need someone who can talk this through and then propose what is needed for a minimal viable product
