Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper for Electrical Contracting Business (QuickBooks Online) Description: Trujillo Electric is a second-generation electrical contracting business based in Vista, CA. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance bookkeeper to manage our books using QuickBooks Online. Scope of Work Monthly reconciliation of business accounts Categorize and classify transactions properly Generate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports Manage invoices, payments, and receipts Prepare books for tax season or CPA handoff Occasional financial Q&A or advisory Requirements Proficient in QuickBooks Online QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus Experience with service-based or construction/trades businesses Familiarity with California business tax rules is helpful Able to work independently and communicate clearly via email or Upwork
