Description: Neuronanny is a boutique nanny agency specializing in high-quality, neurodiverse-informed care for families across the U.S. We’re currently seeking a warm, organized, and self-driven Virtual Assistant to support our team in a dual role: Receptionist and Community Liaison. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and messages, while also playing a key role in our outreach to potential referral partners such as pediatricians, family lawyers, clinics, and country clubs. This is a fully remote, part-time role with flexible work hours and a hybrid compensation structure (base retainer + per-task payment + performance bonuses). ⸻ Responsibilities: • Answer and route incoming calls using our Talkroute system • Return missed calls and check voicemail daily • Send outreach emails and make calls to referral partners (e.g., clinics, schools, attorneys, clubs) • Use prewritten templates to send referral packets and follow-ups • Track outreach efforts using Google Sheets or Asana • Submit weekly updates on outreach progress and wins ⸻ Compensation: Base Monthly Retainer: • $150–$200/month depending on availability and experience • Covers light daily check-ins, voicemail handling, and limited weekday responsiveness Per Task Payments: • $5 per completed outreach call • $3 per outreach email or admin task Bonuses: • $25 for each confirmed referral partner • $100 for each new client who signs on through your outreach ⸻ Availability: • Weekday availability preferred: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM MST • Occasional weekend check-ins are a bonus but not mandatory • We don’t expect you to be glued to your phone—just responsive within a reasonable timeframe during your listed hours. ⸻ Project Structure & Payment Schedule: This is an ongoing monthly role, beginning with a fixed-price project of $250 for the first month. This amount includes your base retainer and an estimated number of outreach tasks. • Additional task-based payments and bonuses will be added as milestone extensions. • After the first month, the role transitions into a monthly milestone-based contract, tailored to your actual tasks and results.
