We specialize in helping women rise into leadership and guiding organizations through strategic HR initiatives. We’re currently seeking a reliable and professional HR Assistant who can support the VP of HR with day-to-day operations, special projects, and client communication. This dynamic, part-time role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable interacting with clients, confident managing multiple tasks, and capable of stepping in when the VP is away or managing high-level priorities. Key Responsibilities: Serves as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners. Support day-to-day HR functions, scheduling, and project coordination. Assist with client onboarding, document management, compliance tracking, and data entry. Manage internal communications and ensure tasks stay on track. Represent the HR VP in a polished and professional manner when needed. Help with drafting documents, preparing meeting agendas, and follow-up items. Jump into ad hoc projects and pivot as priorities shift. Who You Are: Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Comfortable in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills Able to work independently and make sound decisions in real time Strong at multitasking and managing priorities Familiar with HR processes or administrative coordination Professional demeanor and proactive mindset Bonus If You Have: Experience with small businesses, consulting, or fast-paced environments Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Paycor, Notion, Canva, or Trello An interest in growing your HR skills or taking on leadership responsibilities over time Schedule: 2–3 days/week (with flexibility based on workload and availability) Occasional on-site support may be required.
