Lead Follow-up & Appointment Setter for Fitness Studio

I own a busy, women's fitness studio and we have leads regularly coming in (mostly from Facebook). As the owner, I don't have enough time to follow up on all the leads. I need to find someone who can take over the lead follow-up process. This would include: 1. Following up on "hot" leads as close to the time that they come in as possible (sometimes this isn't always possible, and there are automations built in). 2. Scheduling phone call "intros" with leads. 3. Speaking with the leads re: their fitness goals & selling our program. 4. Setting the leads up with their new membership & scheduling them for their initial session. 5. Following up on non-responsive leads. 6. Tracking all lead progress. This position can grow to include "win-backs" (former members) and increasing the # of leads received (as I scale the business). I'm looking for a long-term relationship with someone who is: - GREAT at communicating - Has an empathetic ear (listening to prospects sharing their health struggles & frustrations) - Is comfortable with sales and can lead a prospect to purchase our program I personally have a 90% closing rate and all the scripts and training you'd need! It's just TIME that I don't have... so that's why I need YOU!
