In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and enhancing the quality of our customer service through strategic cold calling and comprehensive feedback. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Cold Calls: Make 1-3 scheduled cold calls daily to designated companies to evaluate their customer service interactions. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all calls and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes. Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and engage effectively over the phone.
