Contract Duration: 2 weeks Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Phone Interviewer to conduct a series of interviews with 40 of our auto repair shop clients. The purpose of these interviews is to gather insights regarding their bookkeeping practices, strengths and weaknesses, costs, and overall satisfaction with their financial management processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct phone interviews with 40 auto repair shop clients, following a structured but fluid survey format. Ask questions related to: Bookkeeping practices and methods used. Strengths and weaknesses of their shop's current bookkeeping system. Costs associated with bookkeeping services. Relationship between the bookkeeper and tax accountant. Satisfaction with their chart of accounts. Timeliness of closing the books. Accessibility of financial information for the shop owner. Clarity and comprehensibility of financial statements. Record responses accurately and comprehensively. You will compile and tabulate the data collected from the interviews. Keep us updated as you go along so we can adjust questions as appropriate. Provide a summary report of findings and insights at the end of the contract period. Qualifications: Previous experience in conducting interviews or surveys, preferably in a business or financial context. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with clients and encourage open and honest responses. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for data collection and reporting. Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting concepts is a plus, but not required. Timeline: Target to complete all interviews and data tabulations within 2 weeks from the start date.
