Lead Generation Caller - Call Leads and Data Entry

Looking for an experienced cold caller to reach out to approximately 500 leads with the goal of simply obtaining their email address. We are a private lender for real estate developers. The list contains potential borrowers and the phone numbers. We are looking for someone call them, let them know they are calling on behalf of Mayflower Ventures, a Massachusetts based Hard Money Lender, who would like to send them additional information about our financing options. We don't want to take too much of their time on the phone or interrupt their day, but if they can provide their email address, we can send them our rates, terms, products and examples of some of our closings. If they want to pursue the conversation, candidate will let them know they are an admin put in charge of getting a good contact email but if the borrower would like a call from our owner, we will have owner call them. (Then note on spreadsheet for that) Our goal with this project is to get at least 90% of those leads' email address. It may require multiple call attempts, and if the number is wrong, please note.
