I’m the owner of a QSR Restaurant , and I’m seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help implement efficient systems and procedures for our restaurant operations. We are currently in need of someone who can step in temporarily, assess our current operations, and create clear processes for daily tasks, job roles, and overall restaurant management. Key Responsibilities: • Assess and analyze current restaurant operations and workflows. • Develop and implement systems and procedures for daily tasks such as inventory management, cleaning schedules, and customer service processes. • Create clear and detailed job descriptions for each position in the restaurant. • Establish procedures for managing staff schedules, inventory, and food prep. • Create an employee training manual and guide to ensure all staff are aligned with new systems. • Provide ongoing guidance and support as systems are implemented and ensure smooth integration. • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed and maintained. Skills and Experience Required: • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the fast food or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry. • Strong organizational skills and ability to create and implement efficient systems. • Experience with training and managing restaurant staff. • Ability to assess and improve restaurant operations quickly. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
