QuickBooks AR/ AP and Project Management
Hourly: $10.00 - $30.00
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to manage AR/ AP, help stand up and manage the projects module, reconcile, create customers and maintain the customer database in QuickBooks Online. There are also various tasks related to accounts receivable and payables including sending vendor forms, insurance validation and other various administrative tasks. We have several forms that do not integrate with QB, which currently need monitoring and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience in using QuickBooks, has worked with projects in quickbooks, and is comfortable working in excel. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and courteous customer communication to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, we have historical reconciling and clean up that needs to happen! If you are proactive and can manage multiple tasks effectively, we would love to hear from you!
