Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel skills to create comprehensive year-to-date (YTD) monthly sales spreadsheets for our business. The goal is to organize and streamline our sales data across three key platforms—Distributor Sales, Shopify, and Amazon—and help us accurately determine our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), we have excel sheets created for January through September, but we need the last quarter completed. Responsibilities: Create three separate YTD monthly Excel spreadsheets: 1. Distributor Sales 2. Shopify Sales 3. Amazon Sales Input and organize sales data for each platform by month, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Design spreadsheets that are easy to read, with clear labeling, organized columns, and effective use of formatting for quick reference. Ensure that formulas for total sales, COGS, and other relevant metrics are accurate and functioning properly. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience with financial data, sales tracking, and COGS calculations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize data in a clear, logical, and visually accessible format. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) is a plus but not required. Additional Information: This is a project-based role, with the potential for ongoing work depending on performance. Flexibility in working hours, but must meet deadlines for data analysis and reporting.
